CITY RULES - Palm Springs Guests are required to sign a lease agreement and provide a government-issued ID (such as a driver's license, ID card, or passport) after confirming their reservation and before arrival. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 pm to 10:00 am, all pool equipment will shut down after 10pm. No outdoor music or sounds at any time. No smoking outside. No events or parties are allowed unless pre-approved. If the police receive any noise complaints, the city may issue a citation of $500 and require identification. ‎ HOUSE RULES Guests are responsible for ensuring that any visitors comply with these House Rules: ‎ There is a $109/Day Utility Heating Service Fee for optional Pool Heating (to approx. 83 degrees). 48hr Notice us required to request Heating. We prioritize community respect. Noise detectors in the living room and patio monitor decibel levels to avoid disturbances and comply with Palm Springs regulations. For guest comfort and safety, a 24/7 security camera is positioned at the front entrance, facing outward. Please notify us beforehand for any additional overnight guests, including children, adults, and pets (required by City Ordinance). In Palm Springs, the primary occupant must be at least 25 years old. By confirming this reservation, you affirm you meet this age requirement and that other occupants are either over 25 or accompanied by an adult guardian. Any violation of occupancy limits may result in termination of the stay without refund. We reserve the right to enter the premises as needed, such as for repairs, verifying compliance, emergencies, or business purposes. We aim to provide advance notice when possible. Booking confirmation implies agreement to Airbnb's cancellation and refund policies. The occupant agrees to adhere to the checkout time of 11:00 am. Unauthorized late checkouts or holding over will incur additional charges. Staying beyond this time will be considered a Holdover and will be charged accordingly. Given the limited time for cleaning between check-out and check-in, any exceptions must be communicated promptly in case of emergencies. Unauthorized pets may result in a $300 fee. Any pet-related damage may be treated as intentional damage and may be charged to the Occupant. This is a strictly non-smoking property. Any smoke-related damage, including odor, will be treated as intentional harm, not covered by the damage waiver. Evidence of smoking indoors will incur a $500 fee for the Occupant . Please be aware that the rental listing specifies the allowable number of vehicles. Exceeding this limit indicates over-occupancy, which is monitored by both us and the City of Palm Springs.
